Sample: Sleep Apnea Article

How many of you wake up and hit the snooze button several times because you are still tired? Do you get tired throughout the day? Do you sometimes fall asleep while you are in traffic? Do you find yourself waking up several times during the night? I know that I have.

If you answered yes to all of the questions above and also have had someone complain about your snoring, then you could quite possibly have sleep apnea. When I first heard about sleep apnea, I had no idea what it was. It seemed like a foreign thing to me. I thought because I was in decent shape and lifting weights regularly, that it was something I could overcome.

Sleep Apnea affects many people. There are two types of sleep apnea, there is obstructive sleep apnea, which is when there is a blockage in the airway and central sleep apnea where the brain forgets to signal the muscles to breathe.....
